How to Really Make Money Online with WebAnswers and Google AdSense
75WebAnswers is similar to YahooAnswers, except you can put your Google Adsense code in your account section and you get paid for asking and answering questions.
I have previously written an introduction to WebAnswers. I’ve now been there for three months and I have compiled a list of suggestions how you can maximize your earnings on WebAnswers.
Many people have their theories of quality versus quantity, but the question of “How much can you earn on WebAnswers?” comes up frequently and I have compiled a list of suggestions from the answers that I have seen and the people I believe to be successful there.
Length of Answers
Most people seem to think that an answer should be 3-5 sentences long. You certainly don’t want to answer every question with an essay as that would take too much time, but one word answers aren’t good either. The whole idea is time versus money. You want to balance time spent with number of questions answered and the best way is to aim for each answer to be 3-5 sentences long.
Aim for awarded answers
When you answer a question, the person asking that question can choose an answer and award it. When an answer has been awarded you get the share of revenue from Google. So give answers hoping to be awarded the question. Obviously the more awarded answers you can get, the better.
What is quality score?
Everyone on WebAnswers has a quality score. You are not told that score. When there are multiple answers and the question has not been awarded the Google clicks are shared between those people who have answered the question. Those with a higher quality score get more clicks. So, for unawarded answers it is better to have a high quality score.
Ask questions too
Asking questions gets you a share of the Google money. Sometimes it’s easier to ask than answer. The owners suggest that getting money for asking questions may be only temporary. Be aware that they can change this at any time, so don’t just ask questions. If you only asked questions and they changed it so you only earned with answers, you may lose your revenue overnight. It’s sensible to do both.
- Hubpages, Xomba, Infobarrel and Writing Online Articles
I have started writing on Hubpages, Xomba and InfoBarrel. This hub is a comparison of the three from my point of view. I talk about how easy or difficult they are to use, my opinions and the similarities and...
Aim for quality answers
The better quality answers there are on the site, the better respected WebAnswers will become. It is in your interest to keep the quality high and then it helps all earners.
Report copying
When you see an answer that has obviously been copied you should make sure to report it. The Google Bots know when writing is copied on the Internet and it is up to all of us to keep WebAnswers free from copied content. You are not being mean to other users, but being kind to the conscientious people who give good answers.

In celebration of my 100th hub from TinaAtHome, I would like to say a big THANK YOU to HubPages, Google and Amazon. Ive been writing here for just over 6 months and this is my 100th hub. I discovered...
Edit your questions
Editing questions doesn’t reduce your quality score. In fact if you have answered many questions and you improve them, then that can improve your quality score. Questions are seen by Google as what they are, and you are not penalized for edits.
Don't answer questions with bad spellings
Bad spellings count against you, even if written by someone else. If someone asks a question with incorrect spellings, just pass and move on to other questions.
Answer questions daily
If you are earning a regular amount each day and you suddenly stop posting that regular amount will go down. If you post daily, even as little as 10 answers a day, you will maintain or increase your average daily earnings.
Think Search Engine Optimization
The high paying keywords on HubPages are also the high paying keywords on WebAnswers. If you find a word that Google pays a lot of money for, then ask or answer a question on that topic. Some of the best categories to write in are financial, law, automotive, health and technology.
Refer people to WebAnswers
Although you won’t make a lot of money referring people to WebAnswers, you will earn some. Invite your family and friends to join and you get a percentage of their income forever.
Know that things could change at any time
WebAnswers is controlled by WebAnswers’ owners. They have the say in how it is run. Remember at any time they have the power and ability to change any rules as they like. The 60/40 split may change, the rules about awarded answers may change, you may see quality scores, or questions may stop earning income. You have some control over some money that you earn, but the ultimate control is in the hands of the owners.
Don’t just write on WebAnswers
As with all writing, don’t just write in one place, but many. You may at some time in the future break a rule you didn’t know existed and be banned from WebAnswers. Or WebAnswers may disappear completely. If you are also writing on HubPages or somewhere else you won’t lose all of your income if you lose your WebAnswers account.
Have fun
Don’t make earning money on WebAnswers a chore, have fun. The more you enjoy asking and answering questions the more you will do it.

Thanks for sharing these wonderful informations. it is very useful.
I joined it a few days ago. Haven't made a penny though yet and I've provided 78 answers and asked 5 questions so far. No awarded answers yet even though I've spent a lot of time answering. Perhaps I need to answer less questions and expand more on my answers. Not too sure it will be worth it though. I think HubPages is going to be more profitable then Webanswers.
Thanks for the information. It's odd that these people can change their T & A's at their whim though?
Thanks for sharing the wealth, I will bookmark for future use. Voted Up & Rated Useful~
